About the role

  • Lead the disposition of rental fleet vehicles through direct dealer partnerships across the western United States
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve remarketing revenue and profitability targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise and independent dealer partners
  • Perform competitive and market analysis to identify risks and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with corporate, operations, and analytics teams on national initiatives and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • Minimum of 5 years of automotive sales or remarketing experience
  • Progressive sales leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of automotive wholesale markets and remarketing dynamics
  • Understanding of vehicle valuation
  • Familiarity with dealer operations in the automotive retail landscape
  • Proficient with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical, financial, and pricing acumen
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
