About the role
- Lead the disposition of rental fleet vehicles through direct dealer partnerships across the western United States
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve remarketing revenue and profitability targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise and independent dealer partners
- Perform competitive and market analysis to identify risks and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with corporate, operations, and analytics teams on national initiatives and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Minimum of 5 years of automotive sales or remarketing experience
- Progressive sales leadership experience
- Strong understanding of automotive wholesale markets and remarketing dynamics
- Understanding of vehicle valuation
- Familiarity with dealer operations in the automotive retail landscape
- Proficient with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical, financial, and pricing acumen
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
