- Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing regional sales organization
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Minimum of 5 years of automotive sales or remarketing experience
- Progressive sales leadership experience
- Strong understanding of automotive wholesale markets
- Understanding of vehicle valuation
- Familiarity with dealer operations in the automotive retail landscape
- Proficient with CRM platforms
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of vehicle valuation, grading standards, and reconditioning practices
