About the role
- Act as an interface between customers and chauffeurs
- Ensure quality standards and timely transfers
- Monitor driver punctuality worldwide
- Assign transfers to appropriate drivers
- Coordinate handovers between driver and customer
Requirements
- Fluent in German and proficient in English (minimum B2 level)
- Enjoy working with partners and customers
- Excellent listening comprehension and communication skills
- Ability to respond quickly to new situations
- Strong problem-analysis and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Confident PC skills and experience with common software
- Proactive attitude
