About the role

  • You are responsible for the strategic management and expansion of existing accounts in the Insurance & Assistance area
  • You analyze and evaluate sales KPIs, identify new business opportunities and optimization potential, derive actionable recommendations and implement them
  • You act as the interface to our internal SIXT departments that operationally implement and manage the business
  • You support and coordinate tenders in collaboration with our Tender & Implementation team
  • You are responsible for customer satisfaction and for implementing SIXT's corporate and sales strategy

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial vocational training with additional qualifications or hold a degree in business/economics (university, university of applied sciences, or equivalent)
  • You can demonstrate proven success in account management or business development in a national or international environment
  • You are comfortable engaging with major industry players and key decision-makers and have experience in leasing, assistance, insurance or claims management
  • You have strong knowledge of sales tools (ideally Salesforce) and are proficient with MS Office
  • You have fluent German and English language skills
