About the role
- You are responsible for the strategic management and expansion of existing accounts in the Insurance & Assistance area
- You analyze and evaluate sales KPIs, identify new business opportunities and optimization potential, derive actionable recommendations and implement them
- You act as the interface to our internal SIXT departments that operationally implement and manage the business
- You support and coordinate tenders in collaboration with our Tender & Implementation team
- You are responsible for customer satisfaction and for implementing SIXT's corporate and sales strategy
Requirements
- You have completed commercial vocational training with additional qualifications or hold a degree in business/economics (university, university of applied sciences, or equivalent)
- You can demonstrate proven success in account management or business development in a national or international environment
- You are comfortable engaging with major industry players and key decision-makers and have experience in leasing, assistance, insurance or claims management
- You have strong knowledge of sales tools (ideally Salesforce) and are proficient with MS Office
- You have fluent German and English language skills
