About the role
- Strategic management and development of mid-market and large customer accounts
- Building long-term partnerships and driving revenue growth
- Supporting and coordinating tenders together with the Tender & Implementation Team
- Analyzing market and competitor trends to identify new business opportunities
- Acting as the interface to SIXT regional and country organizations and leading negotiations
- Achieving sales KPIs and managing CRM activities
- Structuring the workweek and conducting customer visits
Requirements
- Commercial vocational training with additional qualifications or a degree in business administration/economics (University/FH/higher technical college)
- Proven track record in Account Management or Business Development
- Industry knowledge in the mobility sector
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality
- Willingness to travel 3–4 days within the NRW region
- Strong experience with sales tools (ideally Salesforce) and proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in German and English
