About the role
- Manage and independently handle an international portfolio of private and corporate customers on an individual basis
- Respond to complex customer inquiries and written complaints in German and English for private and corporate clients, as well as in the B2B and B2P segments, regarding international rental transactions
- Proactively work to improve customer satisfaction and actively drive customer retention
- Serve as the point of contact for our international customers in escalation cases
- Collaborate with international colleagues and find solutions for (almost) every problem
Requirements
- Enjoy customer contact and work independently with a solution- and service-oriented mindset
- Write and speak fluent German (min. C1 level) and very good English
- Strong organizational skills, resilient and highly reliable
- Enjoy working in a team
- Proficient in common MS Office applications
