About the role
- Act as the central point of coordination across all departments
- Translate business priorities into clear actions, timelines, and ownership
- Ensure alignment between teams and eliminate silos or conflicting priorities
- Track progress on key initiatives and ensure follow-through
- Facilitate decision-making
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and blockers across the business
- Drive improvements in workflows, communication, and execution
- Introduce structure where needed without overcomplicating processes
- Ensure the business operates smoothly on a day-to-day basis
- Act as a thought partner to the Owner on operational and business topics
- Provide visibility on risks, bottlenecks, and performance gaps
- Help prioritize initiatives based on impact and feasibility
- Collaborate closely with Payments to strengthen processes, reliability, and performance
- Support ongoing improvements in payment flows, providers, and operational setup
- Lead the rollout of Return-to-Office strategy (locations, structure, guidelines)
- Drive cross-functional operational projects as required by leadership
Requirements
- Strong experience in B2C environments (iGaming / Casino / Sportsbook preferred)
- Proven track record in operations, business coordination, or general management roles
- Experience working closely with senior leadership or founders
- Exposure to payments, fintech, or transaction-heavy businesses is a strong advantage
