About the role
- Develop and lead a comprehensive paid marketing strategy across SEO, PPC, LSA, and other channels to drive qualified leads and brand visibility.
- Manage and optimize agency partnerships, ensuring accountability for performance and ROI.
- Oversee campaign planning, execution, tracking, and reporting for all digital marketing initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies in real time.
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with overall company objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of spend for maximum return.
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes for continuous improvement of campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven track record managing all paid marketing channels including SEO, PPC, LSA, and related functions.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple agencies and holding them accountable for performance.
- Minimum 7–10 years in marketing leadership roles, ideally in high-compliance or defense-related industries.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tracking and optimizing campaign performance metrics.
- Based on the East Coast (preferred) to support collaboration with the leadership team.
- Experience in veteran-led or mission-driven organizations a plus.
