About the role

  • Drive revenue growth across assigned accounts in Aerospace & Defense, Automotive and Industrial sectors.
  • Identify and develop new projects and sockets within all assigned customers.
  • Lead the quote-to-close process, ensuring commercial closure and revenue realization.
  • Collaborate with BU and CE teams to secure customer commitment and technical alignment.
  • Manage and enable local channel partners to attract and convert broad market opportunities.
  • Own and execute the regional revenue growth plan, with full accountability for pipeline quality and conversion.
