About the role

  • Design, implement, and support a modern, medium-scale OpenShift-based private cloud platform
  • Define the storage architecture strategy that underpins our hybrid and cloud-native environments, ensuring scalability, resilience, security, and compliance across the platform.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in infrastructure or storage engineering, with at least 3 years in an architecture role
  • Strong hands-on experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes storage
  • Deep knowledge of: Container Storage Interface (CSI), Block, file, and object storage, High availability and disaster recovery architectures
  • Experience designing enterprise-grade, multi-tenant platforms with governance, security, and compliance requirements
  • Proven experience with hybrid cloud architectures
  • Strong understanding of: Linux, Networking fundamentals, Automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and GitOps
  • Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
