About the role
- Responsible for the customer and revenue growth generated by our metasearch product, Demand Plus
- Own the optimisation of go-to-market, business processes and customer experience
- Work closely with a broad range of stakeholders within the business and external partners to accelerate growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create positive customer impact and bring new initiatives to life
- Work closely with SEM team on margin management and implementation of bidding strategies
- Accountable for taking delivery of initiatives such as pricing strategy and new optimisation plays
- Work on launching and scaling new metasearch products and offerings
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on R&D of future product-led growth strategies
Requirements
- In-depth understanding of the hospitality/hotel industry and travel technology and/or In-depth understanding of affiliate marketing
- Highly resilient and comfortable in a startup/scale-up environment that is ever-changing
- Ability to independently drive successful Go to Market programs with a strong stakeholder management skill set and analytical capabilities
- Consultative approach, ability to develop solutions and present business cases to be assessed and iterated with senior leadership
- Strong communication skills to build rapport and trusted relationships with colleagues and customers
- Curiosity and a growth mindset coupled with creative problem solving and strong analytical capabilities
- Proactive and tenacious at unlocking opportunities
- Basic SQL experience is a plus
