About the role

  • Design and own operational systems and processes to support teams as they scale; embedded initially in Product, Design & Engineering (PDE) you’ll be coordinating KPIs, SLAs, and other key metrics, driving the rollout and adoption of tooling, and leveraging AI and automation to streamline processes
  • Reduce operational and administrative load on senior leaders by absorbing admin, coordination, tooling, and reporting work
  • Prepare reporting deliverables that feed into broader business reporting (board, monthly all-hands, etc.)
  • Manage cross-functional operational and special projects, initially within PDE and potentially across other functions of the business as priorities evolve
  • Act as a thought partner to leadership on priorities, trade-offs, and execution
  • Own Melbourne office operations, supported by the broader Ops team
