About the role
- The Enterprise Account Executive will join Sitemate’s Enterprise team, owning inbound-qualified opportunities from first engagement through to close and beyond.
- This role involves driving momentum across a mix of high-intent and lower-intent inbound leads through structured discovery, tailored demos, and consistent deal progression.
- You will retain ownership of each new customer, identifying opportunities for cross-sell and license expansion in partnership with CSMs.
- You will also be allocated a portion of the existing customer base to nurture and grow.
- Managing a high-velocity inbound funnel where lead intent varies significantly, requiring you to create momentum and engagement from prospects who may not be actively prioritising change.
- Running multiple concurrent sales cycles while maintaining high standards in Salesforce hygiene, follow-up cadence, and deal progression.
- Collaborating with SDRs and CSMs to ensure smooth handovers, align on account context, and identify early opportunities for cross-sell or license expansion.
Requirements
- Experience in SaaS sales environment, ideally enterprise
- Previous enterprise customer experience
- Strong prioritisation and time management
