About the role
- Obtain a deep understanding of SiteGround's and our competitor companies' products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging educational content;
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Knowledge Base, Tutorial and Academy content for multiple products that meets organizational standards;
- Work together with our Content and SEO team to evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement;
- Break down complex technical problems into steps and directions that set our users up for success;
- Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand user needs and requirements;
Requirements
- Еxcellent, near native command of English;
- Minimum 3 years of experience planning and writing technical educational content for multiple audiences;
- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail;
- Thorough research and understanding of every topic before you tackle it;
- Good understanding of SEO principles and digital writing specifics;
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
