• Partner with the CEO to translate business strategy into measurable financial targets and KPIs.
• Lead and mentors a small, high-performing finance and accounting team.
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team on strategic initiatives and long-term financial planning.
• Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modeling for revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
• Manage cash flow and liquidity to sustain growth and manage burn.
• Implement scalable finance systems, reporting tools, and automation to improve efficiency.
• Develop and tracks key SaaS unit economics to inform pricing and growth strategies.
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial partners.
• Supports future fundraising rounds, debt financing, or strategic investment opportunities.
