About the role
- You will have the opportunity to work directly with firmwide employees while reporting to the Director of Talent.
- The Talent Acquisition Intern will gain experience using various technical recruitment platforms, including applicant tracking and sourcing software.
- Assist in supporting and implementing leadership development program initiatives and help plan and implement career-related events for new hires and on-campus recruiting.
- Provide students with relevant practical experience in recruitment and retention functions through direct training, job shadowing, and networking.
Requirements
- Obtaining a bachelor’s degree in any field, with preference given to those in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Human Services, or related fields.
- Currently enrolled as a sophomore or junior.
- Possessing strong organizational, communication skills, and leadership skills.
- Bringing a creative mindset with an interest in innovative recruitment strategies.
- Able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Familiar with (not required) LinkedIn, Handshake, indeed, and other recruiting platforms.
