• You will have the opportunity to work directly with firmwide employees while reporting to the Director of Talent.
• The Talent Acquisition Intern will gain experience using various technical recruitment platforms, including applicant tracking and sourcing software.
• Assist in supporting and implementing leadership development program initiatives and help plan and implement career-related events for new hires and on-campus recruiting.
• Provide students with relevant practical experience in recruitment and retention functions through direct training, job shadowing, and networking.
