Operations

• Ensure that Sistema.bio’s carbon projects are designed, monitored, and executed to meet global certification standards.
• Secure timely verification and issuance of credits while refining methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with the commercial carbon team to support program development and annual delivery plans.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of carbon credit generation, from project registration to verification and issuance.
• Manage coordination with VVBs, registries, and internal teams; maintain issuance calendars and track milestone completion.
• Refine emission-reduction calculations, update baselines and emission factors, and implement best-practice methodologies.
• Provide technical inputs and forecasts to the commercial carbon team.
• Coordinate pilots and innovation projects with internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and training materials; continuously train regional associates to improve technical understanding.
• Track key performance indicators including on-time issuance, methodology implementation, and monitoring data accuracy.
• Manage budgets for certifications and vendor relationships.

Graphics Designer

• Designing and delivering strong visual assets across digital, print, and motion formats.
• Developing templates, design systems, and reusable asset libraries to support consistent and efficient content creation.
• Producing campaign visuals tailored for multiple platforms and audiences.
• Owning the full production cycle for short-form video, motion graphics, and platform-specific assets, from concept to final delivery.
• Ensuring content meets accessibility standards and follows best practices for each platform.
• Managing creative requests through a clear intake and prioritization process.
• Coordinating closely with Commercial, TechOps, Global Creative, and other internal teams to deliver on briefs.
• Liaising with external vendors and freelancers when required, ensuring quality and timelines are met.
• Leading and direct photo and video shoots, including defining storytelling approaches and creative briefs.
• Reviewing and auditing externally produced materials to ensure brand consistency and quality.
