• Join the Data Analytics & Business Insights team, focused on the Italy market.
• Assist in data extraction, data quality checks, and analysis using SQL, Python and Excel.

• Join the Visual Design Management team, within the Marketing team, reporting directly to the Visual Design Manager.
• Develop visual communication for all Sisal products (with a focus on Betting) and build an omnichannel brand image.
• Work closely with Brand and Communication team, Conversion and Activation Team and Content Team.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

Visual Design Trainee

Software Engineer

• Lead and coordinate key initiatives for the Betting native app, ensuring alignment with product strategy, market needs and delivery timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational gaps, proposing data‑driven solutions and supporting their implementation end‑to‑end.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product, Design, QA, etc…) to deliver projects, governance activities and technical enhancements across multiple geographies.
• Monitor app performance, KPIs and compliance areas, providing clear reporting, insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Attività esattiva.
