About the role
- Own the customer journey end‑to‑end - from first activation to long‑term expansion.
- Design lifecycle programs that turn engaged customers into loyal advocates.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product and Research using data to understand customer behavior.
- Build thoughtful, timely engagement across onboarding, retention, win‑back and expansion.
- Translate insight into action - and action into measurable impact.
- Drive adoption of AI‑powered products and support product launches.
Requirements
- 6+ years’ experience in lifecycle, retention or CRM marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS or data‑led environment.
- Proven experience owning and executing multi‑channel lifecycle programs end‑to‑end.
- Strong proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce (additional marketing automation tools a plus).
- Hands‑on experience with customer segmentation, journey mapping, and engagement or health scoring.
- Confidence working with data — pulling insights, building reports, and making the case for investment.
- A track record of driving measurable improvements in activation, retention, or expansion metrics.
- Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills.
