💰 £55,000 - £65,000 per year

About the role

  • Owning the daily product decisions and strategic direction of the AllVue platform, ensuring seamless integration with other systems
  • Engaging with customers and users to understand their needs, translating insights into actionable product and feature releases
  • Collaborating closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions
  • Setting the vision and strategy for platform development, driving innovation and continuous improvement
  • Identifying common themes in customer feedback to build reusable, valuable features

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in product management, product ownership, or related roles (e.g., business analyst, product designer, delivery/project-based tech roles)
  • You’ve delivered products or features through from discovery to implementation and can reflect on what you’ve learned
  • Able to understand technology trends and see how they impact a product roadmap and have a focus on outcomes not outputs
  • Can build strong working relationships with a range of colleagues and be able to articulate product roadmaps to a range of audiences
  • Quick learner with a strong background in user/customer research, discovery, and agile delivery
  • Proven ability to prioritize, negotiate, and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences and facilitate change management.
