About the role
- Taking full ownership of high‑complexity projects, managing end‑to‑end delivery of online data collection and fieldwork.
- Being the main point of contact for key accounts, understanding client needs, building strong relationships, and contributing to growth.
- Planning and coordinating timelines and resources across internal teams, leading project meetings and keep risks under control.
- Supporting feasibility, pitches and proposals, managing budgets and costs, escalating as needed.
- Sharing knowledge and driving process improvements, whilst contributing to training, onboarding and mentoring.
Requirements
- Proven project management across concurrent, high‑volume online quantitative market research projects with strong organisational skills.
- Client‑facing confidence and commercial awareness, comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced knowledge of online quantitative methodologies within an agency setting and platforms.
- A tech‑first mindset, with enthusiasm for innovation and process improvement.
- Leadership/mentoring experience, passion for knowledge sharing and building team capability.
- Clear, confident communication and the ability to prioritise effectively.
