About the role

  • Consulting, planning and execution of projects for the development and enhancement of clients' IT processes and IT organizations
  • Enterprise Service Management (ESM) consulting: analysis and improvement of service-oriented processes beyond IT — preferably in Finance, or alternatively HR, Facilities, Sales, Customer Service
  • Defining scope and aligning with IT management (C-level)
  • Preparation of design specifications
  • Planning and management of (agile) implementation including technical coordination of internal or external developers
  • Establishing and managing communication between IT and business units
  • Conducting and documenting ITSM assessments
  • Providing subject-matter support in presales
  • Mentoring and supporting junior staff
  • Ensuring highest levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Experience in ESM process and organizational consulting
  • Demonstrable knowledge of relevant software solutions (ideally ServiceNow, Atlassian JIRA, BMC Remedy or Matrix42)
  • (Optional) Experience with SAP
  • Solid knowledge of common industry frameworks (ITIL, COBIT)
  • High initiative and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good command of English
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Willingness to travel within Germany, Austria and Switzerland
  • Passion for consulting and technical leadership responsibilities
