About the role
- Consulting, planning and execution of projects for the development and enhancement of clients' IT processes and IT organization
- Defining project scope and aligning with IT management (C-level)
- Creating design specifications
- Planning and managing (agile) implementations, including functional coordination of internal and external developers
- Establishing and managing communication between IT and business units
- Conducting and documenting ITSM assessments
- Ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience in ITSM process and organizational consulting, preferably in Service Asset and Configuration Management
- Demonstrable experience with relevant software solutions (ideally SAP Solution Manager, JIRA, or ServiceNow)
- Solid knowledge of widely used frameworks (ITIL, FitSM, COBIT)
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills in German
- Good English skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Willingness to travel within Germany, Austria and Switzerland
