About the role

  • Consulting, planning and execution of projects for the development and enhancement of clients' IT processes and IT organization
  • Defining project scope and aligning with IT management (C-level)
  • Creating design specifications
  • Planning and managing (agile) implementations, including functional coordination of internal and external developers
  • Establishing and managing communication between IT and business units
  • Conducting and documenting ITSM assessments
  • Ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Experience in ITSM process and organizational consulting, preferably in Service Asset and Configuration Management
  • Demonstrable experience with relevant software solutions (ideally SAP Solution Manager, JIRA, or ServiceNow)
  • Solid knowledge of widely used frameworks (ITIL, FitSM, COBIT)
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills in German
  • Good English skills
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Willingness to travel within Germany, Austria and Switzerland
