• Handling customer inquiries via Amazon, Shopify and email
• Resolving complaints, returns and warranty cases in coordination with the team

• Creating and maintaining response templates and an FAQ
• Managing social media channels, including posting, community management, comments and messages
• Creating and scheduling content in coordination with marketing
• Monitoring trends and competitors and gathering content ideas
