Analyze and discuss the business requirements of Matera Inventory, determining which should be included in the Matera Core / out-of-the-shelf solution and which should be decoupled into a client-specific solution
Work on incorporating these requirements into Matera Core releases or into client-specific code
Serve as a technical lead, coordinating and guiding technology teams and project activities
Ensure requirements are aligned with business strategies, focusing on the needs of the financial market and cash management products
Requirements
Fluent in English and Portuguese (essential for communication with US teams and stakeholders in Brazil)
Knowledge of the local financial market and cash management products (DDA, payments, accounts receivable, instant payments)
Familiarity with Matera Core Banking Suite
Degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
Experience in identifying and proactively reporting risks
Ability to negotiate with stakeholders and other IT teams
Analytical skills and strong problem-solving ability
Ability to work with users to define requirements and project specifications
Experience coordinating technical and commercial teams in a global environment
