Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders (judges, court staff, lawyers, court administrative offices, etc.) to understand business processes and identify needs.
Documentation: Record functional and non-functional requirements clearly and with an appropriate level of detail. Use techniques such as document analysis, direct observation and prototyping.
Process Analysis: Map and model processes using BPMN notation. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
Technical Specifications: Create use cases, user stories and flow diagrams that are understandable to both stakeholders and the technical team.
Solution Validation: Participate in the validation of deliverables to ensure they meet specified requirements. Support functional and acceptance testing.
Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate communication between the client and the technical team, anticipating deviations and contributing to problem resolution.
Adoption and Training: Support the development of manuals and training materials. Monitor solution adoption and propose continuous improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Systems or related fields;
Postgraduate degree or specialization in BPM, Business Analysis, Project Management or related areas preferred;
Solid experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in IT projects or automation processes;
Experience in legal sector projects or working with Courts is desirable;
Hands-on experience with BPM modeling and automation tools;
Certifications such as BPMN 2.0, CBPP, Product Management or other related certifications are desirable;
Familiarity with legal software (PJe, SAJ, eProc) is a plus;
Knowledge of the judicial ecosystem;
Strategic mindset focused on digital transformation in the legal sector;
Familiarity with emerging technologies (RPA);
Experience in change management and technology adoption.
