About the role
- Support leaders with descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analyses
- Formulate and test hypotheses that help drive the business
- Serve as the single point of ownership for everything related to data in your business domain — from source to delivery
- Develop dashboards, reports and KPIs that enable fast, well-informed decision-making
- Act as a bridge between the business and data engineering, ensuring the reliability, standardization and evolution of the data pipeline
- Collaborate with leaders to define and monitor strategic goals for the area
Requirements
- Active participation in planning and strategic analysis forums
- Propose data-driven ideas and improvements
- Develop, maintain and evolve dashboards and KPIs
- Manage the data pipeline and insight delivery timelines (Jira, Notion or similar)
- Document and structure reliable datasets
- Participate in and deliver data training and enablement promoted by the team
- Experience in fintechs, consultancies and startups (a plus)
- Maintain a broad, data-grounded perspective while continuously considering possible scenario evolutions
