• Prepare negotiation strategies for outstanding contributions, gathering relevant information about the institution in advance.
• Establish and maintain relationships with institutions, providing excellent service.
• Operate landline/mobile telephone systems and digital media for outreach and negotiation.
• Conduct telephone negotiations for outstanding assistance contributions and send negotiated invoices by email.
• Track, using the system and spreadsheets, all generated, paid, and overdue invoices.
• Ensure the collection of the Employer Assistance Contribution stipulated in collective agreements.
