About the role

  • Own SINE’s live reporting stack, delivering and managing client reporting solutions for major arts institutions
  • Design, build, and iterate Looker Studio dashboards for media planning, research, and business intelligence - combining GA4, media, and sales data into a single source of truth
  • Own GA4 across the agency, including property configuration, event schema design and ongoing maintenance
  • Plan, implement and QA web and conversion tracking in GTM for marketing and ticketing journeys.
  • Support internal teams as the first point of contact for tracking queries and troubleshooting
  • Partner with Client Strategy and Media teams to translate business questions into measurable tracking and reporting
  • Contribute to SINE’s proprietary dashboarding system, developing and iterating the product over time.

Requirements

  • You are an analytical problem solver with a sharp eye for detail and a methodical approach to quality assurance.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling data visualisations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple clients and adapting seamlessly to varied reporting cadences and priorities.
  • Strong Looker Studio skills
  • Confident spreadsheet fluency
  • Proven GA4 setup and report building experience, with ownership of properties and conversions
  • Hands‑on GTM tracking knowledge including event implementation and troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of BigQuery and SQL for data management and joins (desirable)
  • Exposure to server‑side tagging and consent‑aware implementations (desirable)
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Customer Data Platform (CDP) data and ad platform connectors such as Supermetrics (desirable).
