About the role
- Design and architect robust solutions within the Salesforce platform
- Integrate Salesforce with other internal applications to streamline business processes
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Support Marketing and Sales by designing and implementing Salesforce-based solutions
- Influence high-level leadership to advocate for and drive adoption of new solutions
- Deliver cutting-edge communication technology solutions that meet clients' needs
Requirements
- Specialist-level expertise in the Salesforce system
- Proven experience in architecting solutions for internal sales teams
- Deep understanding of CRM and proven track record creating effective solutions for sales organizations
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication and influencing skills, especially when engaging with senior leadership
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their services
- Familiarity with various programming languages (Java, Python, etc.) and frameworks
- Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and integration techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and project requirements
