About the role

  • Responsible for developing reports and KPIs to automate processes and controls;
  • Assist in defining and implementing strategies to reduce delinquency in collections portfolios, based on market trends and the company's cash flow needs;
  • Prepare operational reports to guide the operation (mailing, daily reports, delinquency, payments/write-offs);
  • Develop interactive reports with large volumes of data for both operational users and management;
  • Gather relevant information for presentation to the executive committee;
  • Manipulate data to develop Credit and Collections strategies;
  • Process and clean unstructured data sources;
  • Open support tickets with solution teams and communicate any issues or delays to users.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Data-related fields, or related areas;
  • Advanced Excel;
  • Proficiency in SQL;
  • Advanced Power BI.
