About the role
- Support existing SimScale users with engineering challenges
- Provide technical support for both existing users and prospective new customers
- Design and manage technical and commercial content showcasing SimScale's platform
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Application Engineering, Sales, and Product Management
- Build agents for advanced AI automation workflows
- Communicate daily with various internal teams to debug simulations and coordinate support projects
- Work part-time at 20 hours per week, ideal for working students
Requirements
- Current enrollment in an Engineering Master's degree at a German University is mandatory
- A completed Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering field is mandatory
- Focus on CFD/FEA coursework is required
- Familiarity with Engineering Software and/or SaaS solutions
- Basic knowledge of commercial CAD and CAE simulation tools (previous hands-on or professional experience is a plus)
- Experience or desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup environment
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Social Intelligence - can handle difficult conversations with customers
- Disciplined - skilled at managing time and resources
- Team player - learns from others and shares best practices
- Entrepreneur - self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
