About the role

  • Support existing SimScale users with engineering challenges
  • Provide technical support for both existing users and prospective new customers
  • Design and manage technical and commercial content showcasing SimScale's platform
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Application Engineering, Sales, and Product Management
  • Build agents for advanced AI automation workflows
  • Communicate daily with various internal teams to debug simulations and coordinate support projects
  • Work part-time at 20 hours per week, ideal for working students

Requirements

  • Current enrollment in an Engineering Master's degree at a German University is mandatory
  • A completed Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering field is mandatory
  • Focus on CFD/FEA coursework is required
  • Familiarity with Engineering Software and/or SaaS solutions
  • Basic knowledge of commercial CAD and CAE simulation tools (previous hands-on or professional experience is a plus)
  • Experience or desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup environment
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Social Intelligence - can handle difficult conversations with customers
  • Disciplined - skilled at managing time and resources
  • Team player - learns from others and shares best practices
  • Entrepreneur - self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Driven - possesses a strong desire to be successful
