About the role
- Define and orchestrate end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns targeting net new customers within strategic account segment
- Own campaign strategy and execution from ideation to launch to performance optimization across email, webinars, social, partnerships, and emerging channels
- Collaborate with Paid Media Manager to align on messaging, audiences, and funnel performance
- Identify, test and scale new growth channels
- Introduce and operationalize AI tooling and automation workflows where they improve campaign efficiency
- Analyze trends and develop actionable insights to drive pipeline growth
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing or campaign management
- Confident working across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Analytical mindset: you test, measure, and iterate continuously
- Experience with Hubspot, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Canva, Clay
