About the role

  • Define and orchestrate end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns targeting net new customers within strategic account segment
  • Own campaign strategy and execution from ideation to launch to performance optimization across email, webinars, social, partnerships, and emerging channels
  • Collaborate with Paid Media Manager to align on messaging, audiences, and funnel performance
  • Identify, test and scale new growth channels
  • Introduce and operationalize AI tooling and automation workflows where they improve campaign efficiency
  • Analyze trends and develop actionable insights to drive pipeline growth

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing or campaign management
  • Confident working across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Analytical mindset: you test, measure, and iterate continuously
  • Experience with Hubspot, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Canva, Clay
