About the role

  • Drive firmwide adoption of legal technology, collaboration tools, and AI-enabled capabilities
  • Lead a team of digital adoption professionals focused on scaling engagement, governance, and training programs
  • Collaborate closely with AI enablement leadership
  • Engage firm stakeholders in building a network of digital champions
  • Define adoption/engagement metrics and monitor adoption trends
  • Lead the strategic roadmap and continuous evolution of the firm’s digital workplace including the intranet and related platforms
  • Establish governance frameworks ensuring digital tools and platforms are compliant and optimized
  • Deliver project support for initiatives assigned by the Director of Practice Solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Organizational Development, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 10+ years in digital adoption, change management, legal technology or related fields, preferably in a professional services or law firm environment
  • Proven ability to design and execute structured change management strategies using methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar frameworks
  • Strong understanding of AI-enabled legal technology platforms, collaboration tools, and process improvement methodologies
  • Experience optimizing intranet systems and enterprise platforms to improve user experience and productivity
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) and experience using or supporting SharePoint-based intranets or digital workspace environments, preferred
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives and engaging stakeholders at all levels
