About the role
- Manage procurement requests in line with the Simply Business procurement policy
- Support day-to-day procurement tasks across various business categories
- Maintain and manage the contract database and supplier-related records
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms directly with suppliers under guidance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the business
Requirements
- Commercially-minded and isn’t afraid to challenge suppliers
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and suppliers
- Able to operate independently and as part of a team
- Experienced in using procurement systems (e.g. SAP)
- Able to prioritise a sometimes significant workload
- 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)
