About the role
- Support CFC's procurement and outsourcing initiatives by analysing data, managing supplier information, and assisting with procurement activities
- Gather and analyse procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and trends
- Produce and maintain detailed reports, dashboards and insights to support procurement strategies and decision-making
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supplier performance and procurement activities
- Assist in the preparation of Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and tender documentation
- Support the evaluation of supplier bids and prepare comparative analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient procurement of goods and services
- Maintain supplier and contract databases and assist in supplier performance reviews
- Support the implementation of KPIs for supplier performance and identify areas for improvement
- Partner with the Procurement & Outsourcing Manager (reports to Dami Robson) to develop strong relationships with key suppliers
- Ensure procurement activities adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements and support Supplier Due Diligence for new suppliers
- Conduct periodic reviews to ensure process compliance and identify improvements
- Identify opportunities to optimise procurement processes, reduce costs, and improve templates and systems
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
- Experience of procurement processes and supplier management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
