About the role
- Analyze email and SMS performance at the account level across retention clients
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to flow performance, campaign performance, and deliverability
- Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for strategists
- Support strategists in prioritizing testing opportunities and optimization roadmaps
- Create standardized reporting views and benchmarks to improve consistency across accounts
- Serve as the internal subject-matter expert for Klaviyo
- Lead and review Klaviyo implementations including core and advanced flows
- Define and enforce Klaviyo best practices across all client accounts
- Create internal training materials and documentation for retention team members
- Lead enablement sessions to upskill strategists and coordinators on Klaviyo functionality
Requirements
- 3–6+ years in email, SMS, or lifecycle marketing
- Extensive hands-on experience with Klaviyo (email + SMS)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret account-level data
- Experience supporting or partnering with strategists or account teams
- Comfort writing SOPs, documentation, and training materials
- Clear communicator who can translate technical concepts into practical guidance
- Highly organized with a systems-oriented mindset
