Managing projects for partners from end-to-end (from Vendor Onboarding to Post-Sale Analytics)
Advise clients on strategic growth initiatives by understanding their unique business models, challenges, and goals to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions
Develop and prioritize product roadmaps, define strategic recommendations, and implement scalable systems, tools, and operational frameworks that drive client growth
Own all client communications across phone, email, and digital channels, ensuring transparency, alignment, and a high standard of professionalism
Capture and synthesize client and internal feedback to continuously improve workflows, enhance collaboration, and strengthen overall delivery
Serve as a subject matter expert in core technologies (e.g., Shopify Plus, HTML)

Requirements

2+ years eCommerce project management experience
4+ years working with Content Management Systems (Knowledge with Shopify Plus preferred)
Basic understanding of languages to build flash site websites (i.e. HTML and CSS)
Advanced understanding of standard project management methodologies and requirements
Ability to keep multiple projects on track financially, creatively, and in accordance with stakeholder objectives and deadlines
Conceptual understanding of the underlying technology used to deliver eCommerce experiences
Willingness to work EST hours and some hours outside of normal business hours
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Very strong attention to detail and organization skills
Thrive in a deadline driven environment
Self-starter and ability to work in an ever-changing environment
