About the role
- Supports customers by providing clinical information on Company's products
- Supports clinical training programs
- Engages in balanced product sales presentations with Health Care Providers
- Serves as a product expert and conveys technical and clinical information
- Builds and maintains strong customer partnerships
- Provides management with updates on customer needs
- Effectively manages complex account interdependencies
- Conducts routine product in-services with accounts
- Develops and executes a territory and account level business plan
- Conducts routine account business reviews with key customers
Requirements
- BA/BS degree plus two to six years of sales experience OR six plus years of equivalent experience
- Demonstrated excellence in current or previous professional roles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to analyze metrics to assess progress against objectives
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Flexibility, willingness, and desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver's license
- Willing and able to travel, as needed
