About the role

  • This is a remote position.
  • The Sales & Digital Marketing is responsible for executing, coordinating, and following up on the company’s sales and digital marketing activities.
  • This role supports lead generation, sales pipeline management, and marketing campaigns, ensuring that commercial processes are organized, measurable, and scalable.
  • This position combines operational execution, commercial follow-up, and strategic support for the sales and marketing teams.
  • It is a hands-on role focused on discipline, consistency, and process adherence, not a managerial or leadership position.
  • The specialist will work closely with internal teams to ensure proper lead handling, accurate CRM data, effective campaign execution, and a smooth transition between sales, marketing, and post-sale operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or similar commercial roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic to intermediate English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • High level of organization and follow-up discipline
  • Results-oriented mindset with focus on meeting objectives
  • Ability to handle a high volume of tasks and activities
  • Ability to analyze information and structure priorities effectively
