About the role
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Client Facilities, Account Managers, and Nurse Recruiters to ensure appropriate traveler assignment placement
- Review end of assignment clinical evaluations with travelers
- Extend clinical support to travelers through coaching, counseling, and remediation
- Assist the Clinical Liaisons with pre-employment orientation
- Ensure the termination process is completed accurately and timely
- Monitor traveler and workplace events
- Ensure the Peer Review process is completed
- Serve as a clinical resource for all TNAA & TotalMed staff
- Travel to client facilities as requested or required
- Provide coverage for other Directors of Nursing and VP of Clinical Services
Requirements
- 5 years of nursing experience in an acute care hospital
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Multiple specialty areas or float pool experience
- Multi-state licenses
- Travel nurse experience
