About the role

  • Onboarding & Customer Guidance: You independently run onboarding meetings from kick-off to go-live.
  • Relationship Building & Proactive Support: You build trust-based relationships with customers, maintain regular contact, and ensure they successfully use our solution.
  • Understand Requirements & Advise: You analyze customers' processes, systems, and goals together with them and translate these into meaningful technical setups and recommendations.
  • Technical Setup: You configure integrations (APIs, webhooks, automations), create workflows, support data mapping, and ensure everything runs smoothly technically.
  • Troubleshooting & Quality Assurance: You identify technical challenges early, test integrations, and independently find solutions.
  • Optimize Customer Onboarding: You identify patterns, standardize solutions, and make the onboarding process better month by month.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in a similar environment, e.g., Customer Success, Tech Support, or Implementations
  • You enjoy direct customer contact, confidently lead meetings, and communicate clearly, politely, and on equal terms
  • Technical understanding and practical experience with integrations, APIs, and automations (Zapier, Make, n8n)
  • Confident use of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) as well as digital tools and platforms
  • Strong communication skills: you explain technical matters clearly and on equal terms
  • Very good German and solid English skills, as well as registered residence in Germany
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or Node.js.
