Product Manager

• Work directly with the founder to build and run the product function across the consumer and schools (B2B) roadmaps in many countries
• Own core metrics including engagement, retention, and conversion
• Partner day-to-day with engineering and design to scope, prioritize, and ship
• Establish the roadmap process and product-organization structure as the company scales beyond founder-led prioritization
• Drive product strategy and execution across multiple surfaces simultaneously
• Represent product thinking clearly to founders, engineers, and stakeholders across both business lines

Performance Marketing

• Own paid user acquisition and performance marketing for SimpleStudy’s consumer AI platform for students
• Run and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads/UAC, TikTok Ads, and/or Apple Search Ads
• Own CAC, ROAS, and LTV metrics and make budget allocation decisions based on performance
• Work across international markets and currencies
• Build reporting and independently extract insights using spreadsheets, SQL, and dashboards
• Brief and iterate on ad creative with designers or creative teams using performance data
• Potentially support B2B/demand-generation paid channels
