Requirements

Experience at a well known, high growth tech startup (see target companies below)
Backend expertise (front end engineers will be denied)
Minimum of 7-10+ years of software engineering experience, our tech stack is built on Python, React, Docker, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Platform.
Must live in the United States building quality software applications at scale
Resume shows promotions/career progression
The strong preference for this role is NYC or SF. Remote candidates are acceptable if they are currently at a well known fintech (ex. Stripe)
Strong communicator. Able to work cross-functionally to balance product and technical requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science preferred
Great at building scalable systems from scratch with a fast turnaround
Experience with one or more of the following: web application development, mobile application development, building large-scale distributed systems, or infrastructure management
Time management skills that will maximize efficiency in a fast paced startup environment
