About the role
- Lead design and development of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions from concept to production
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to AI engineers
- Build and optimize LLM-based workflows using modern GenAI frameworks and tools
- Implement and follow MLOps best practices for scalable model deployment and monitoring
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions
- Ensure solution quality, performance, security, and scalability
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development
- Strong hands-on experience in building and deploying ML-powered and AI-driven applications
- Solid expertise in Generative AI and LLMs
- Proficiency in Python and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow
- Experience with AWS ML services such as SageMaker, Bedrock, JumpStart
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication skills
