About the role
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business, functional, and technical requirements
- Write clear and comprehensive user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, and technical stories
- Translate business needs into high-quality documentation
- Leverage deep understanding of Cashflow Forecasting, Request To Pay (RTP), MoneyHub, Open Banking, and ERP systems
- Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business requirements
- Create detailed wireframes, UML diagrams, sequence diagrams, user journeys, and personas using tools like Lucidchart, Draw.io, and Visio
- Conduct sprint planning, backlog refinement sessions, and sprint reviews
- Act as a key leader and subject matter expert in the team
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Financial Services and Banking domain
- 8+ years of expertise in business analysis for mobile and web applications
- Strong technical background
- Excellent communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of Cashflow Forecasting, Request To Pay (RTP), MoneyHub, Open Banking, ERP systems, and Card Payments
- Experience with Agile methodologies
