About the role

  • Responsible for the design, implementation and execution of Simetrik's Ethics and Compliance Program.
  • Integrates the Business Transparency and Ethics Program (PTEE) and the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Risk Management System (SAGRILAFT).

Requirements

  • Professional in fields such as Law, Administration, Accounting, or related areas.
  • Training and experience in risk prevention, regulatory compliance, and ethical management.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of SAGRILAFT, PTEE, and anti-bribery laws.
  • Ability to analyze financial and non-financial risks.
  • Proficiency in technological tools for monitoring, document management, and data analytics.
  • Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
