About the role

  • You will apply your expertise to all stages of the development lifecycle, including creation and review of user stories, development, design, testing, coding, code reviews, writing automated tests, and support.
  • Translate regulatory sustainability requirements into a product and innovations.
  • Create standard configuration for sustainability regulations and standards.
  • Develop ESG analytics calculation rules based on domain specific language.
  • Develop new functionality and continuous improvements to the existing code base.
  • Work with backend and mid-tier technologies as well as web frontend standards.
  • Collaborate with your Scrum team to reach the definition of done within each sprint.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and get fast feedback.
  • Constantly learn and improve yourself, the team and our product, including working with modern engineering practices such as test-driven development, pair and mob programming.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree/PhD in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • Experience in Quality Assurance and configuration
  • Knowledge about XML or similar language
  • Interest and knowledge about Investment Management and ESG solutions
  • Experience with automated testing
  • Ability to work with complex topics
  • Flexibility — able to pivot quickly when needed
  • Motivated, self-driven, and improvement focused
  • Proficient communication skills and fluency in English (spoken and written).
