About the role

  • Create the annual HR strategy
  • Translate strategic objectives into a tactical HR roadmap with goals, timelines, and owners
  • Monitor key indicators and propose adjustments based on data
  • Anticipate people-related trends and risks
  • Coordinate and optimize Recruitment & Selection, Onboarding, Performance, Climate, Development, and Offboarding processes
  • Ensure operational flow, quality, and a positive experience across employee journeys
  • Standardize workflows and train leaders on HR best practices
  • Create and run a cultural calendar with rituals, campaigns, and recognition programs
  • Promote initiatives that reinforce company values, belonging, and a symbiotic culture
  • Continuously measure and improve team engagement
  • Distribute tasks strategically and foster team growth
  • Lead team follow-up and development rituals (1:1s, retrospectives, feedback)
  • Act as a Business Partner to departments, mapping needs and translating them into institutional solutions
  • Support managers with people-related challenges (performance, conflicts, structuring)
  • Build trusting relationships with leadership
  • Maintain updated dashboards and produce executive reports with actionable insights
  • Monitor KPIs (turnover, eNPS, time-to-hire, climate, absenteeism)
  • Propose improvements based on trend analysis
  • Operationalize organizational transitions (new systems, work models, restructurings)
  • Develop communication, training, and follow-up plans
  • Ensure sustainable adoption of changes
  • Manage the HR budget (recruitment, training, incentives, events)
  • Negotiate with vendors and optimize costs
  • Report execution to the responsible directorate
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor legislation
  • Interface with Legal and Finance on routine matters
  • Conduct impartial and ethical investigations of sensitive cases

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management, or related fields
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in generalist HR roles, with exposure to multiple HR processes
  • Leadership: Previous experience coordinating or leading teams
  • Strategic mindset: Ability to connect HR initiatives to business objectives
  • Data orientation: Ability to analyze metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • Tools: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools (preferred)
